As a qualified facilitator of Ceremonial Cacao, I hold space for each of you in a safe and supported ceremony, I take you through a deep journey of connection and movement and meditation, using Ceremonial Cacao to connect to the Goddess IxCacao, back home to yourself,  and the deep connection with like minded people around you.

Ceremonies are open to all genders and celebrate the harmonious balance between masculine and feminine energy that we all have within.

What is a cacao ceremony?

 

We begin as strangers and leave as fully embodied and connected beings.

I offer public, group Cacao Ceremonies on a monthly basis, both indoors and outdoors.

We sit in circle, learn about the healing power of this non–halogenic plant medicine and drink the cacao that has been specially sourced and prepared through a sacred ritual.

The sacred plant medicine of the cacao bean has been used in rituals and ceremonies for millennia, defining our human connection to earth, our tribes and to ourselves.

Recently, it has become popular due to it’s healing properties namely:

  • Theobromine creates a heart opening experience.

  • Cacao increases blood flow to the brain which helps to strengthen awareness and focus.

  • Develops your creativity, assisting in the flow of new ideas and inspiration.

  • Natural caffeine and nutrient dense, cacao enhances energy.

    Holding sacred space is respected and understood as an important responsibility in transforming the world. By learning to respect ourselves, our own healing and the teachings of elders, we can take this energetic responsibility to a whole new level.

    This 6 month training is designed to tap into the power of human connection while embodying sacred knowledge, both of which are essential in being an effective space holder.

    Over the course of 6 months, you will learn tools to help you better understand and authentically communicate the magic of your medicine.

    The goal is for you to confidently share your voice, wisdom and gifts, manage your personal energy and transform the energy of the spaces you hold, while honouring Cacao, ancient traditions, ancestors and elders.

    You will benefit from personal support from Laura, who has over 15 years of experience as a facilitator and sacred space holder, and support from a group of like minded individuals committed to this learning journey
