As a qualified facilitator of Ceremonial Cacao, I hold space for each of you in a safe and supported ceremony, I take you through a deep journey of connection and movement and meditation, using Ceremonial Cacao to connect to the Goddess IxCacao, back home to yourself,  and the deep connection with like minded people around you.

Ceremonies are open to all genders and celebrate the harmonious balance between masculine and feminine energy that we all have within.

What is a cacao ceremony?

 

We begin as strangers and leave as fully embodied and connected beings.

I offer public, group Cacao Ceremonies on a monthly basis, both indoors and outdoors.

We sit in circle, learn about the healing power of this non–halogenic plant medicine and drink the cacao that has been specially sourced and prepared through a sacred ritual.

The sacred plant medicine of the cacao bean has been used in rituals and ceremonies for millennia, defining our human connection to earth, our tribes and to ourselves.

Recently, it has become popular due to it’s healing properties namely:

  • Theobromine creates a heart opening experience.

  • Cacao increases blood flow to the brain which helps to strengthen awareness and focus.

  • Develops your creativity, assisting in the flow of new ideas and inspiration.

“I experienced my first cacao ceremony last week and luckily for me I experienced it with the lovely Laura. I didn’t know what to expect but I did have visions of feeling awkward about sharing feelings within a group and then dancing in a small group setting.

However, nothing about the experience was awkward at all! Laura put us at ease immediately and made the space feel extremely safe. 8 - 10 people: $120 per person

11-12 people: $110 per person

13 or more: $100 per person

Couples ceremony $460 per couple
