Holding sacred space is respected and understood as an important responsibility in transforming the world. By learning to respect ourselves, our own healing and the teachings of elders, we can take this energetic responsibility to a whole new level.

This 6 month training is designed to tap into the power of human connection while embodying sacred knowledge, both of which are essential in being an effective space holder.

Over the course of 6 months, you will learn tools to help you better understand and authentically communicate the magic of your medicine.

The goal is for you to confidently share your voice, wisdom and gifts, manage your personal energy and transform the energy of the spaces you hold, while honouring Cacao, ancient traditions, ancestors and elders.

You will benefit from personal support from Laura, who has over 15 years of experience as a facilitator and sacred space holder, and support from a group of like minded individuals committed to this learning journey

Embrace the sacred essence in your life and your work, cultivate confidence in your inner wisdom, and strengthen your connection to the divine and the natural world.

When is it happening?

  • Opening Live Online ceremony Monday 3 February 2025: 7pm - 10pm Singapore time zone

  • 3 February to 1 September 2025, Wednesdays, 7pm - 10pm SGT: 26 Live online teachings

  • Final Initiation Live Online Ceremony Monday 1 September 2025: 7pm - 10pm Singapore time

  • Final Initiation in Person Ceremony Saturday 6 September 2025: 9am - 12pm Singapore time

This training welcomes everyone, with no specific prerequisites. It is designed for those who feel an inner calling—whether you are an experienced facilitator seeking growth, someone new to holding space, or simply drawn to deepen your personal connection to Spirit and Nature with meaningful ceremonies and practices.

The program is especially valuable for those beautiful humans that are eager to enhance their confidence, authenticity, and skills in holding space, as well as for anyone inspired to serve others on a deeper level.

What is included in this transformational journey?

  • The training is for 6 months, but the learning goes on beyond the program. 

    • A comprehensive Training Manual which includes resources and tools to guide you with:

    • Working on your Self. From inner work reflections to tips on shadow work and prompts, working on yourself ensures you are showing up in the best state to download sacred knowledge and be a responsible space holder. 

    • Understanding Sacred Knowledge. This includes wisdom shared from Laura’s own research and training, ancestral insights, history and learnings from ancient lineages of Pagan England, Peru, India and South Africa.

    • Practicing responsible Space Holding. This includes checklists, ideas and scripts on leading ceremonies, circles and spaces.

  • Recordings of all 26 Live Workshop teachings, It is encouraged to attend all live classes, however, I know life gets busy so if there are some dates that you cannot attend, the live teachings will be recorded.

  • Additional Online videos for learning which support and enhance the teachings of the live workshops

  • Recorded audios of the videos, so you can learn, podcast style, while on the move.

  • Recorded audios of Meditations and Journeys for you to embody the teachings and practices into your everyday life.

  • Additional Guest Teachings: Diana Jean Reyes and Wil Kolen will provide us with wonderful additional online teaching modules.

  • Further support: 10% discount on private consultations and energy healing sessions with Laura during the Training

I had the most amazing half-day experience with Laura, immersing myself in her incredible knowledge of cacao. As someone who regularly attends cacao ceremonies, they have become an essential part of my wellbeing routine. However, I wanted to deepen my understanding of this magical plant that nature so generously provides.

Laura took us on a fascinating journey, from the regions where cacao is grown to the ceremonial harvesting and preparation process. Learning about the planting and cultivation was truly eye-opening. About Laura’s training and lineages

The ability to share sacred wisdom comes in 3 stages. We learn through knowledge, we gain wisdom through personal experience and embodying the knowledge, we then remember that this wisdom has been within us all along.

Born and raised in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa, I have always embodied the importance of honouring ancestral lineages, and practiced earth based rituals. The deep inner knowing and intuition that guides me comes from a combination of my communing with Cacao in my personal life, my sacred relationship with Nature and Spirit as well as extensive training with experienced practitioners and elders around the world.

As a teacher and student of somatic dance (Nia Technique), Yoga and Mindfulness meditation, and a Master Reiki practitioner, Laura has held safe space, ceremony and retreats for students for 15+ years.

Over the past 6 years she has been holding Cacao Ceremonies and has been in deep shamanic initiations and has trained with shamanic wisdom keepers around the world, including but not limited to;

Humpiq Nusta: Andean Medicine Woman apprentice with Maestro Puma and Maestra Jemmita, the lineage of the Seven Rays.

Under mentorship with John Lockley, South African Songoma (Medicine man)

Cacao facilitator training by Lisa Davis, initiated as a Sacred Andean Paqo, South Africa. Shamanic Breathwork Training with Q’ero initiated Johnson Chong, Australia.

I have had the honour to hold Cacao Ceremonies and Facilitated sessions throughout the world, including the scared lands of South Africa, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Sweden, UK and Peru.

I have deep passion for holding sacred ceremony and a fierce protection over holding space and using Cacao with integrity and respect for lineages.

My intention behind holding these trainings is to ensure participants attend ceremonial spaces are held in a safe and supportive manner, that indigenous medicine men and women, ancestors and elders are respected for their wisdom, that ixCacao receives the honour she deserves and that facilitators are able to continue their service embodied, empowered and energised with a deep wisdom and understanding of their path of service.

I honour and thank the guardians of the lands of my ancestors, wisdom teachers, the lands that have taught me and the land of Singapore which I currently call home.
