About the Program
Holding sacred space is respected and understood as an important responsibility in transforming the world. By learning to respect ourselves, our own healing and the teachings of cultures, we can take this energetic responsibility to a whole new level.
This 6 month training is designed to tap into the power of human connection while embodying sacred knowledge, both of which are essential in being an effective space holder.
Over the course of 6 months, you will learn tools to help you better understand and authentically communicate the magic of your medicine.
The goal is for you to confidently share your voice, wisdom and gifts, manage your personal energy and transform the energy of the spaces you hold, while honouring Cacao, ancient traditions, ancestors and elders.
You will benefit from personal support from Laura, who has over 15 years of experience as a facilitator and sacred space holder, and support from a group of like minded individuals committed to this learning journey

Deep Secret is a facilitated dance session by Secret Sunrise Singapore
In a 90 minute session, Laura takes you on a journey within, allowing you to deeply connect with yourself in a gorgeous guided movement meditation, with the option of being blindfolded to start.
Using meditation and visualisation you are guided to start to slowly move and trust in your body to move the way it needs to, increasing the tempo to a euphoric dance sensation and then coming down to savour your inner joy.

Over the course of 6 months, you will learn tools to help you better understand and authentically communicate the magic of your medicine.
The goal is for you to confidently share your voice, wisdom and gifts, manage your personal energy, while honouring Cacao, ancient traditions, ancestors and elders.
You will benefit from personal support from Laura, who has over 15 years of experience as a facilitator and sacred space holder, and support from a group of like minded individuals committed to this learning journey
This Training is for you if:
You are on a spiritual path and wish to deepen your personal practice
You facilitate ceremonies, experiences, retreats, women’s or men's circles
You are a sound healer, drummer, dance, yoga, breathwork teacher, or other type of healing / wellness practitioner
You want to create / enhance the authenticity of the spaces you hold with more confidence, ensuring they are safe and sacred
You are feel drained and exhausted form holding space and you wish to have guidance on managing your own energy.
You want to dive deeper into ancestral knowledge behind ritual and sacred space holding.
