We drink the sacred plant medicine of Cacao, bringing in breathwork and conscious movement and journey together using meditation, music and guidance from mother earth.

As a trained facilitator of Ceremonial Cacao, shamanic breathwork and somatic dance, I take you on a personal journey in a safe, sacred space.

Through meditative practices , breathwork and deep movement. I hold space for each person to feel and let go, bringing in connection to Self, your body and the sacred circle within which you are held.

Ceremonies are open to all genders. We celebrate the harmonious balance between masculine and feminine energy that we all have within.
