Elemental Awakening:
A Journey with the Divine Feminine
13 - 17 March 2026
On the sun-kissed shores of Sri Lanka, you are invited into a sacred journey of remembrance—a retreat where the elements awaken your body, spirit, and the timeless wisdom of the divine feminine within.
At the serene Myla Beach Villa, nestled upon the pristine sands near Galle, South Coast of Sri Lanka, the ocean whispers ancient songs, the palms sway in gentle blessing, and the air itself becomes a vessel for renewal. Here, you are held in a sanctuary woven with earth’s rhythms—where ceremony, embodiment, and sisterhood open pathways to deep healing and soulful expansion.
With terraces that gaze out to the horizon, a luminous indoor shala, and spaces crafted for ritual and reflection, this retreat becomes more than rest—it is an initiation. A space to honor the cycles of nature, reclaim your inner magic, and rise rooted, radiant, and reconnected.

Your facilitator
This retreat will be lovingly guided by Laura Yates, who will hold space through sacred ceremonies, dance rituals, meditation, and restorative practices.
Together, we will journey with the four elements—earth, air, fire, and water—awakening their wisdom within us and weaving them into our daily practices.
Through heart-led conversations and shared rituals, we will honour the land that holds us, creating a space of deep connection, reverence, and transformation.
Included in Laura’s facilitation, are some beautiful offerings from some gorgeous local beings, including; traditional yoga, massages, sound healing with traditional instruments and a Monk’s blessing.
