Deep: A Guided Dance Journey Home to Yourself

Deep is not just a dance — it’s a return.
A soulful, embodied journey that weaves together conscious movement, ecstatic dance, sacred rage release, guided visualisation, and meditation — with the invitation to begin blindfolded, to truly drop in.

Set outdoors, surrounded by nature’s rhythm, this 90-minute experience invites you to move beyond thinking and into feeling. To release control, to melt the armour, to dance yourself open — wild, tender, and free.

What Happens in s Deep Dance Journey?

We begin softly — eyes closed, heart open — with breath, mindfulness, and intention.
Through curated soundscapes streamed via wireless headsets, you’ll be guided to awaken the body’s wisdom, allowing movement to rise from within. The music builds, drawing you into euphoric release, before gently grounding you back into stillness, presence, and peace.

Let go of how it looks.
Come home to how it feels.
This is Deep.

Created and guided by Laura Yates, Deep sessions unfold beneath the trees in Singapore’s parks — a safe, sacred, and intimate space to explore your inner world through movement, nature, and music.

Come dance the dance only your body knows.
