Indoor ceremonies are usually a little more intimate; smaller groups, offering less dance, more inner movement and meditational journey.

As a trained facilitator of Ceremonial Cacao, I take you on a personal journey in a safe, sacred space.

Through meditative practices and deep movement. I hold space for each person to feel and let go, bringing in connection to Self, your body and the sacred circle within which you are held.

Ceremonies are open to all genders. We celebrate the harmonious balance between masculine and feminine energy that we all have within.

Our circle includes:

• 3 Hour ceremony

• Custom reiki-infused sacred Cacao blend 

• Sacred space opening and closing

• Blessing and cleansing with sacred smoke (sage / palo santo / imphepo)

• Gathering around ceremonial altar

• Customized anointing oil with herbs and spices 

• Mindful communion with Cacao

• Facilitated movement and dance

• Guided Shamanic Journeying

• Individual and / or Group Reiki

• Self guided reflections with oracle cards, meditation and journaling

• Sharing circle

About Laura

The deep inner knowing and intuition that guides me comes from a combination of my communing with Cacao in my personal life, my sacred relationship with Nature and Spirit as well as extensive training with experienced practitioners and elders around the world.

As a teacher and student of somatic dance (Nia Technique), Yoga and Mindfulness meditation, and a Master reiki practitioner, Laura has held safe space, ceremony and retreats for students for 15+ years.

Over the past 6 years she has been holding Cacao Ceremonies and has been in deep shamanic initiations and has trained with shamanic wisdom keepers around the world, including but not limited to;

Cacao facilitator training by Lisa Davis, initiated as a Sacred Andean Paqo, South Africa. Shamanic Breathwork Training with Q’ero initiated Johnson Chong, Australia. Despacho and Amaru Muru initiations with Maestro Edgar Kumara Caceras, Peru. Munay-ki rites initiated by DJ Reyes, Initiated Inkan Priestess and Shamanic Practitioner.

Cacao Science Training with Seleno Health and Initiated as a Humpiq Nusta Medicine Woman with Maestro Puma and Maestra Jemmita, the lineage of the Seven Rays.

I have had the honour to hold Cacao Ceremonies and Facilitated sessions throughout the world, including the scared lands of South Africa, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Sweden, UK and Peru.
