Into the Inner Ecosystem: A Ceremonial Cacao & Somatic Exploration
A Ceremonial Cacao & Somatic Exploration
Join Laura Yates and Daphne Chua on an experiential journey where cacao meets the wisdom of the nervous system.
Through warm ceremonial rituals and somatic explorations guided through the psychophysical framework of our nervous system, this is a workshop that invites you to reconnect with your inner landscape through a gentle dive into our embodied physiology.
This workshop is a co-facilitated experience blending Laura’s ceremonial cacao alchemy with Daphne’s somatic and nervous system expertise.
Laura opens and closes the circle with guided visualisation, heart-centring rituals, and conscious communion with cacao.
Daphne will lead the central embodiment segment, allowing our consciousness to unfold into an experiential dialogue inspired by the body’s inner rhythms - an invitation to explore our state of being as an expression of a living, responsive ecosystem within and without.
This session is about reconnecting with our embodied intelligence, reclaiming a sense of sovereignty within, and learning how to meet our own sensations with curiosity and clarity.
Once you register, you will receive the Zoom Link to the Workshop, a Cacao Information pack which includes brewing Cacao at home and Laura’s recommended sources of Cacao
