Sunrise Cacao and Dance

  • East Coast Park Area B: Coastal Playgrove 902 East Coast Park Service Road Singapore Singapore (map)

Shift, move, meditate, heal and transform through the sacred connection of Earth, Moon, Ocean, Sun, Yourself and Goddess ixCacao.

There is nothing more spectacular than greeting the sun in the East, while the moon smiles upon us from the West.

A moment when nature pauses, and we take a deep breath into all that is sacred.

Join me in a unique experience of a Sunrise Cacao Ceremony on the ocean shore.

Music and meditation will be facilitated using wireless headsets, in order to allow a deep immersion within.

As a trained facilitator of Ceremonial Cacao, I take you on a personal journey in a safe, sacred space.

Through meditative practices and conscious faciliated dance, I hold space for each person to feel and let go, bringing in connection to Self, your body, nature and the sacred circle within which you are held.

Ceremonies are open to all genders. We celebrate the harmonious balance between masculine and feminine energy that we all have within.

Why gather with Laura?

I am the founder of The Hummingbird Life, a cacao ceremonialist, Spiritual mentor meditation teacher, movement facilitator, sacred space-holder and initiated Andean medicine woman.

My work is rooted in the three sacred pillars of connection to Self, connection to Nature, and connection to aligned Community.

I have been in deep relationship with Cacao for many years, and I believe we need properly accredited training and experience in order to acknowledge the cultures and communities that have kept the wisdom of Cacao as medicine alive.

We also need to develop our own personal relationship with Spirit, with Nature and the Medicine of Cacao, in order to share a fully embodied experience rooted in integrity and authenticity.

My intention is not to perform ceremony, but to hold a grounded, respectful and energetically clear container where the medicine can meet each person in the way they need.

One participant shared that the cacao ceremonies I hold feel “like coming home to my safe place,” while another described the ceremony as “an invitation to deep dive into my heart, heal, connect with my ancestors and awaken my senses.” Others speak of feeling held, peaceful, guided, connected, and able to journey inward without awkwardness or pressure.
